Professional Bio

Heike worked as a nurse and studied health care management, then she became a Yoga teacher, she is also a certified life coach trained by Tony Robbins and Chloé Madanes, currently undergoing a further training to be a psychological and systemic coach, since October 2024 Heike is a proud Konmari consultant. With her holistic view and knowledge of the body and mind her mission is to provide gentle guidance to help people create a tidy home and mindful life so that they can feel good and thrive. 🙂
