Ai Hayashi is a KonMari® Silver Certified Consultant based in Tokyo, working in English and Japanese with executives and expatriate professionals who are organized at work — but have never fully resolved their home. Most of her clients are high-performing people who have been meaning to deal with the home for months or years — not because they lack discipline, but because sustained decision-making at home requires energy that is already spent by the time they get there. Ai's role is to be physically present in the room, asking the next question and keeping the process moving, so the client doesn't have to generate that momentum alone. She works through the complete KonMari Method: every category, every decision, until the home is finished once and for all. Sessions are conducted in English or Japanese, in person across all 23 Tokyo wards and nearby areas including Yokohama and Kawasaki, with online sessions available for clients elsewhere in Japan.
