Professional Bio

Catherine Bowen is a Certified KonMari™ Consultant working in Charleston, South Carolina. She enjoys bringing her previous professional experiences to the process of decluttering and organizing in the KonMari™ way: teaching and connecting with students of all ages and backgrounds in to reflect, learn, and grow in the arts; recognizing and developing individual visions and sensibilities in the arts; managing varied and divergent systems and projects in administration with attention toward efficiency and sustainability; meeting people where they are in their pursuit of environmentally responsible practices and supporting related community initiatives. Catherine is extremely perceptive and creative in working with clients. She especially enjoys when clients find a renewed passion for a project in their later years and when a young person learns self-care and their individual interests through the KonMari™ process. In her free time, you will find her dancing in the kitchen with her family, strumming her way through a new tune, or feeling the sand between her toes, gratefuly relishing how lucky she is to live in Charleston, SC!
