Heather Martin

Professional Bio

Heather is the founder of The Organising Experts®, a KonMari Consultant (Silver Level) and a Staging Design Professional® (Expert Level). She’s originally from a design background with over 30 years of experience designing new products and services for corporate clients globally. In 2023, due to family ill health, she relocated to Chester where she grew up and pivoted her career to retrain as a home organiser and home stager. She first came across the KonMari Method ten years ago, when she organised her home but also changed her lifestyle. It was this experience that drew her back to KonMari so that she could teach other people the method with transformational results. She not only helps clients to declutter and organise their home but also uses her design and staging expertise to advise clients on how to adjust their furniture and accessories to improve flow and maximise space. Heather brings a positive, practical, problem solving, can-do attitude but is also deeply respectful, intuitive and full of empathy. She is passionate about the power of design to improve people’s lives for the better and a firm believer that being more organised also has the power to create positive change in people’s lives.
