Professional Bio

Heike worked as a nurse and studied health care management, then she became a Yoga teacher. She is also a certified life coach trained by Tony Robbins and Chloé Madanes (2020) and a psychological and systemic coach, since July 2025. Heike is a proud Konmari consultant, who believes that a tidy space has a big impact on our well-being. With her holistic view and knowledge of the body and mind, her mission is to provide gentle guidance to help people create a tidy home and mindful life so that they can feel good and thrive. Her focus is on highly sensitive people. 🙂
