Justine Conroy is a Silver Level Certified KonMari Consultant and Integrative Coach based in Ireland, working with clients across Ireland, Europe and internationally via virtual sessions. With over 300 hours of client experience and a background spanning 20 years in organisational learning, behaviour change and performance coaching at global companies including LinkedIn, PepsiCo and Discovery Channel, Justine brings a uniquely holistic approach to the KonMari Method. She works at the intersection of home, mind and lifestyle — helping clients understand not just how to declutter, but why the clutter accumulated in the first place. Justine is the founder of The Turtle Way, a coaching and professional organising practice built on the philosophy that lasting change happens slowly, sustainably and from the inside out.
