Kati Carrapa

Professional Bio

Kati Carrapa is originally from Germany and moved to New York City in 2014, where she quickly learned how much intention small spaces require. After completing her own KonMari® Tidying journey in 2016, she founded heartfully done® in 2017 to support people in creating homes that feel grounding, supportive, and truly livable. Kati is a certified Master Level KonMari® Consultant with over 1,800 hours of client experience, and a personal decluttering history dating back to 2010. She is trauma-informed, inclusive, and LGBTQIA/BIPOC-affirming, and works with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients. As a former inclusive pastor, Kati brings deep experience holding emotional and transitional spaces. She is highly sensitive and empathetic, with an attuned and practical approach that helps clients move forward without pressure or judgment. Her work is attentive to pacing, privacy, and nervous system needs during the tidying process. Having lived in four countries and speaking English, German, and Spanish, Kati brings cultural sensitivity and adaptability to her work. Clients often describe her as grounded and warm, bringing humor and ease to the work — someone who creates safety and clarity for lasting change.
