Professional Bio

Kati is originally from Germany and moved to New York City in 2014. There, she discovered how small apartments can be and what is essential in a home vs. only "nice to have.” After finishing her own KonMari Tidying journey in 2016, she felt so on fire that she started her business heartfully done® in 2017. Kati is a former inclusive pastor who loves working with people. Her counseling experience has made her very intentional about people's anxiety and privacy levels. She is a highly sensitive person (HSP) who can easily tune into people's feelings, help ground them, and get them unstuck. She is especially empathetic towards clients who feel embarrassment and shame and guides them in a heartfelt and practical way. And best of all, she has a sense of humor because who doesn’t want more joy and laughter in their lives?! With her multicultural background, Kati can quickly adapt to different people and their circumstances. Diversity and creating safe spaces are essential to her and a core value.
