Professional Bio

I'm a tidy person now, but I wasn't always that way. For me, physical space is very reflective of internal space. Throughout life, keeping organized was something I wrestled with, fluctuating between being obsessive about my space or just letting it go completely. Often times, these fluctuations were fueled by something mental- anxiety about the future, sadness about the past, anger in the present. In 2018 I read the "the life changing magic of tidying up" by Marie Kondo. Something about the method just "clicked" for me and I immediately set out to tidy my home. As I tidied, I visualized my ideal life and mental state. Like putting a puzzle piece into place, answers to looming questions materialized before me, clear as day. As I put my house in order, I also put my life into order. These tidying epiphanies began while I was discarding, but the magic of the method has lingered since, constantly a gentle reminder to chose joy in my life. I want to be a catalyst for joy in the world and channel that energy into the lives of others through the life changing magic of tidying up! With an easy spirit, gentle heart, and plenty of laughs, I am here to help you on your journey.
