I'm Kristin — a mother of two, certified KonMari consultant, and longtime organizer. I grew up moving often, which shaped my love for creating purposeful, orderly spaces. My background in museums and fundraising taught me to design systems that improve flow and make strong impressions. I help homes and offices declutter, organize, and build lasting habits. Working with nonprofit leaders, busy professionals, household transitioners, downsizers, and RV travelers has been my way to right-size, simplify, and create healthier communities.
