Miwa is a Certified Platinum Level KonMari® Consultant who is based in Vancouver, Canada. Born and raised in Japan, she is an active listener who pays detailed attention to the needs of her clients. With strong problem-solving skills, Miwa excels at assessing situations and guiding clients toward outcomes that spark joy in their homes, offices, and lives. Miwa brings over 20 years of experience working with children as she began her career as a kindergarten teacher, and later worked as an early childhood educator. These professional experiences have equipped her to offer compassionate support to clients with children; helping families create harmonious living environments. Miwa personally experienced the Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up™ through attending the KonMari® Tidying Festival, where she rediscovered her "ikigai"—her reason for being—and reclaimed her joy at 50. This was the moment that helped her identify what she truly values in life. Now, Miwa lives life to the fullest and is passionate about her work as a KonMari® Tidying Consultant. She is driven to help others discover what sparks joy in their own lives, empowering them to create spaces and lifestyles that truly support who they are and who they want to become.
