Binu Binu specializes in modern soaps that nod to the ritual of Korean bathing culture — especially the public baths where generations of family and friends gather free of vanity in the simple act of cleansing. The team takes its inspiration from the strong female role models that permeate Korean culture including the Haenyeo sea women of Jeju Island, who dive tank-free for the catch of the day to support their families, and the modern-day Mudang, female healers who specialize in matters of the mind, body and soul.
